This patch moves all module related code into a separate directory,
modifies each file name and creates a new Makefile. Note: this effort
is in preparation to refactor core module code.

This patch migrates livepatch support (i.e. used during module
add/or load and remove/or deletion) from core module code into
kernel/module/livepatch.c. At the moment it contains code to
persist Elf information about a given livepatch module, only.
The new file was added to MAINTAINERS.

BTW, *NEVER* modify code that you are moving. Really, *NEVER* do that!
It makes debugging much more difficult, like in this very case.
*ALWAYS* have the moving of code be a separate patch. Keep as most
identical as humanly possible. Even keep white space errors the same!
You can add a clean up patch before or after the move. But never do it
as one patch!
You even stated "no functional change" which was a lie. Converting
strlcpy() to strscpy() *is* a functional change!

doing kernel development, and something I found useful for all software
development.
Honestly, the hardest thing about kernel development is the review
process. The easier we can make reviewing, the better the code will be.

When I started submitting Kernel patches years ago, I was given those
guidelines:
- Always submit checkpatch clean patches.
- Try to never modify the same line of code twice in a series.
Which implied to always fix codying Style while changing or moving code.

Yeah, I figured as much. I'll go back and read the coding style and see if
it mentions this. If not, it needs to be updated.
The exception is when you move code. Code moving should never have any
other changes to it, because it makes it much more difficult to know what
changed.

If I understand correctly, there is absolutely no need to explicitly
disable preemption in this context. I will use: rcu_read_lock() and
rcu_read_unlock(), respectively, which will then be suitable for the
preemptible RCU implementation.

No functional change.
This patch migrates code that allows one to generate a
list of loaded/or linked modules via /proc when procfs
support is enabled into kernel/module/procfs.c.

This patch migrates module sysfs support out of core code into
kernel/module/sysfs.c. In addition simple code refactoring to
make this possible.

No functional change.
This patch migrates the kdb 'lsmod' command support out of main
kdb code into its own file under kernel/module. In addition to
the above, a minor style warning i.e. missing a blank line after
declarations, was resolved too. The new file was added to
MAINTAINERS. Finally we remove linux/module.h as it is entirely
redundant.

This patch migrates module version support out of core code into
kernel/module/version.c. In addition simple code refactoring to
make this possible.
