This rc kernel passes DAMON functionality test[1] on my test machine.
Attaching the test results summary below. Please note that I retrieved the
kernel from linux-stable-rc tree[2].

CIP tests are still okay. I guess your scripts will pick up Tested-by:
flags from previous versions? If not I can resend the emails...

Results from Linaro's test farm.
LTP syscalls preadv03 fails on 6.1.64-rc4 on all devices.
As Daniel bisection reports on stable-rc linux.5.15.y review thread.
The LTP syscalls preadv03 test regression is due to following commit
ext4: properly sync file size update after O_SYNC direct IO
commit 91562895f8030cb9a0470b1db49de79346a69f91 upstream.
Link:
NOTE:
Latest kselftests and perf from latest stable-rc testing on the older
stable-rc branches are reasons for these failures.
1) selftests: seccomp: seccomp_bpf - fails on all arm64 devices.
2) Perf: PMU_events_subtest_1 / 2 - fails on all qemu-armv7 and TI x15 devices
These perf failures are also noticed on the mainline / vanilla kernel on 32-bit

I missed testing 6.1.63 so I noticed this only here, but my CI is
complaining about seeing some
[ 0.000000] Couldn't find cpu id for hartid [0]
during boot.
It was caused by
commit 3df98bd3196665f2fd37fcc5b2d483a24a314095

RISC-V: Don't fail in riscv_of_parent_hartid() for disabled HARTs
[ Upstream commit c4676f8dc1e12e68d6511f9ed89707fdad4c962c ]
The riscv_of_processor_hartid() used by riscv_of_parent_hartid() fails
for HARTs disabled in the DT. This results in the following warning
thrown by the RISC-V INTC driver for the E-core on SiFive boards:
[ 0.000000] riscv-intc: unable to find hart id for /cpus/cpu@0/interrupt-controller
The riscv_of_parent_hartid() is only expected to read the hartid
from the DT so we directly call of_get_cpu_hwid() instead of calling
riscv_of_processor_hartid().
Fixes: ad635e723e17 ("riscv: cpu: Add 64bit hartid support on RV64")

and there is already a fix for this in Linus' tree though that you can
pick:
52909f176802 ("RISC-V: drop error print from riscv_hartid_to_cpuid()")
That's just one error print that realistically has no impact on the
operation of the system, and is not introduced by this particular
version, so

This adds properties such as "snps,rx-thr-num-pkt",
"snps,tx-thr-num-pkt". They are not documented anywhere, and they are
not used in 6.1 tree. DTS checkers may eventually find the
inconsistencies, and this will cause warnings, so it may be good to
revert this.
