One more thing,

A consumer society makes old files dung?
Should viewcount below 50.000, and little activity, be a reason to delete 10 year old files? We could include an option to keep, but then that person is responsible for this archival choice himself.

Updated project name to I/T X. If it has little sustainable value it is X'ed. Everything within reason ofcourse.
