On tile architecture (with "make allyesconfig") including
<linux/swiotlb.h> is required to call swiotlb_nr_tbl().

I'll take your word for the need, since I lack the hardware to verify the failure. :-)
Applying your patch doesn't seem to break compilation on x86 though, which is good enough for me.
