It might be worth taking a look at lssuperio, the source mentions ITE device
detection.

Last time I tried it some really bizarre things started happening to the system clock (Like jumping back and forth 6 hours every 30 seconds) Amusing though. I was eventually (had to use Explorer, yuck) able to download some specs from ITE's web site.
