Running make psdocs on a Ubuntu 16.04 system fails with
Documentation/DocBook/Makefile:142: recipe for target
'Documentation/DocBook/kernel-hacking.ps' failed
make[1]: *** [Documentation/DocBook/kernel-hacking.ps] Error 9
Makefile:1442: recipe for target 'psdocs' failed
make: *** [psdocs] Error 2
possibly due to
