This series introduces support for A690 in the DRM/MSM driver and
enables it for the two SC8280XP laptops.

There is a slight difference from downstream here, upstream userspace
needs access to CP_PERFCTR_CP_SEL so this range starts at 0x008de.  I
*think* that is the only major difference in CP_PROTECT settings.
