This converts ep93xx SOC gpio into device tree driver:
- dropped banks and legacy defines
- split AB IRQ and make it shared

We are relying on IRQ number information A, B ports have single shared
IRQ, while F port have dedicated IRQ for each line.

Also we had to split single ep93xx platform_device into multiple, one
for each port, without this we can't do a full working transition from
legacy platform code into device tree capable:

- all GPIO_LOOKUP were change to match new chip namings
- add lookup table for leds

Fixes: 482c27273f52 ("ARM: ep93xx: renumber interrupts")

rfc->v0
Linus Walleij:
- dropped chip-labels
- rebase on the top of your leds patch:
https://lore.kernel.org/linux-arm-kernel/20230111132210.134478-1-linus.walleij@linaro.org/T/
- i am converting to immutable after this patch, otherwise it will
  require a fix wich is very similiar to this patch

Hope changes are not that significant so i can still apply Rb tag.

The #ifdef here is wrong and will cause a build failure because
of the unconditional reference to the variable.

Just remove the #ifdef/#endif.

This has a Fixes tag but it's a rather big commit. I hope this is not
meant to be backported to stable branches? Doesn't look like stable
material to me.

Could you change the order of the patches so that we can send the
immutable irqchip conversion for stable?

Fix wrong translation of irq numbers in port F handler, as ep93xx hwirqs
increased by 1, we should simply decrease them by 1 in translation.

This turns the Cirrus ep93xx gpio irqchip immutable.

Preserve per-chip labels by adding an ->irq_print_chip() callback.

This could come togather with some refactoring and replacing

This prepares ep93xx SOC gpio to convert into device tree driver:
- dropped banks and legacy defines
- split AB IRQ and make it shared

We are relying on IRQ number information A, B ports have single shared
IRQ, while F port have dedicated IRQ for each line.

Also we had to split single ep93xx platform_device into multiple, one
for each port, without this we can't do a full working transition from
legacy platform code into device tree capable. All GPIO_LOOKUP were
change to match new chip namings.

Sorry about that - i remember that i should drop it everywhere, which
did for all but ep93xx-gpio, i am dropping match currently, as it will
produce a warning without dt-bindings documentation, it will be
introduced together with the rest of series.

This no longer applied to my gpio/for-next branch, can you rebase and resend it?

This prepares ep93xx SOC gpio to convert into device tree driver:
- dropped banks and legacy defines
- split AB IRQ and make it shared

We are relying on IRQ number information A, B ports have single shared
IRQ, while F port have dedicated IRQ for each line.

Also we had to split single ep93xx platform_device into multiple, one
for each port, without this we can't do a full working transition from
legacy platform code into device tree capable. All GPIO_LOOKUP were
change to match new chip namings.

Bart, i've rebased on the top of gpio/for-next (there were issues
indeed), but this patch still won't apply. That's becouse it's dependant
on Linus patch:
https://lore.kernel.org/linux-arm-kernel/20230111132210.134478-1-linus.walleij@linaro.org/T/

Alexander can we have Linus patch somehow applied to ep93xx ?

In that case:

Acked-by: Bartosz Golaszewski <bartosz.golaszewski@linaro.org>

And let's make it go together with its dependency.

Bart

in contrast to me Linus and Bartosz do maintain their GPIO tree,
from my side I've performed a quick test, so it's OK from my PoV to apply,
but I cannot really assist here more.

Oh sorry about that, i thought if it refers to
"arch/arm/mach-ep93xx/core.c" - you or Hartley should apply them.

> Linus and Bartosz do maintain their GPIO tree

Then it should already exist in gpio/for-next ;).

```
echo heartbeat > /sys/class/leds/platform\:grled/trigger
echo heartbeat > /sys/class/leds/platform\:rdled/trigger
```

Both working on my ts7250.
