Does anyone want to add

to the set of modules built with the Linux kernel ?

I recently bought one of these. It came with source code for a Linux 
kernel driver, but it didn't work with the latest OpenSuSE Tumbleweed 
kernel, so I developed a patch (attached) to fix it. OpenSuSE Tumbleweed 
is only a few weeks behind the kernel.org 'latest', so shouldn't be too 
hard to integrate with the bleeding edge kernel.

You can take my patch as GPL2 or later, and I presume the 
RealTek-supplied code is GPL2; it is in the package from Amazon, or you 
can email me (tjcw at cantab.net) if you want a copy from me.
