[PATCH] x86/resctrl: Fix rdt_last_cmd_printf() usage and typos within

Use rdt_last_cmd_puts() instead of rdt_last_cmd_printf() when printing a
simple string. While doing so fix two typos that were recently
introduced into two of these simple strings.

You're explaing what the patch is doing, but not why printf() is wrong.
