Hi Florian,

this is fixup of the last pull request. I moved all parts of the PM driver
out of this pull request in order to avoid any conflicts. 

The following changes since commit bfeffd155283772bbe78c6a05dec7c0128ee500c:

of the previous drivers pull request you submitted, or as a replacement?
