There are the following notable enhancements over 2.15.3:

RHEL 8.9 is now supported for servers and clients  (LU-17338<https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-17338>).

RHEL 9.3 is now supported for clients   (LU-17274<https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-17274>)

There are also a number of useful fixes and it would be advisable for anyone running 2.15.x in production to upgrade to this version.
