The patch titled
     Subject: mm: drop duplicated words in <linux/mm.h>
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-drop-duplicated-words-in-linux-mmh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
