The patch titled
Subject: efi/fake_mem: arrange for a resource entry per efi_fake_mem instance
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
efi-fake_mem-arrange-for-a-resource-entry-per-efi_fake_mem-instance.patch
This patch should soon appear at
https://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/efi-fake_mem-arrange-for-a-resource-entry-per-efi_fake_mem-instance.patch
and later at

Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a
reply-to-all to that, adding suitable additional cc's

Subject: efi/fake_mem: arrange for a resource entry per efi_fake_mem instance
In preparation for attaching a platform device per iomem resource teach
the efi_fake_mem code to create an e820 entry per instance. Similar to
E820_TYPE_PRAM, bypass merging resource when the e820 map is sanitized.
