The patch titled
Subject: mm/debug_vm_pgtable/pmd_clear: don't use pmd/pud_clear on pte entries
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-debug_vm_pgtable-pmd_clear-dont-use-pmd-pud_clear-on-pte-entries.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
