The patch titled
     Subject: hugetlb: no need to drop hugetlb_lock to call cma_release
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     hugetlb-no-need-to-drop-hugetlb_lock-to-call-cma_release.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged

Subject: hugetlb: no need to drop hugetlb_lock to call cma_release

Now that cma_release is non-blocking and irq safe, there is no need to
drop hugetlb_lock before calling.
