The patch titled
Subject: mm/mempolicy: rewrite alloc_pages_vma documentation
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-mempolicy-rewrite-alloc_pages_vma-documentation.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
