The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-page_alloc-inline-__rmqueue_pcplist.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

When __alloc_pages_bulk() got introduced two callers of __rmqueue_pcplist
exist and the compiler chooses to not inline this function.
