The patch titled
     Subject: mm: sparse: remove __section_nr() function
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-sparse-remove-__section_nr-function.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

As the last users of __section_nr() are gone, let's remove unused function
__section_nr().
