The patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
fs-epoll-use-a-per-cpu-counter-for-users-watches-count-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into fs-epoll-use-a-per-cpu-counter-for-users-watches-count.patch
