The patch titled
Subject: page-flags: define PG_swapbacked behavior on compound pages
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
page-flags-define-pg_swapbacked-behavior-on-compound-pages.patch
This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged

PG_swapbacked is used for transparent huge pages. For head pages only.
Let's use NO_TAIL policy.
