Subject: [net-next 04/15] ixgbe: add new media type
Date: Mon, 29 Jul 2013 05:52:00 -0700 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1375102331-23905-5-git-send-email-jeffrey.t.kirsher@intel.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1375102331-23905-1-git-send-email-jeffrey.t.kirsher@intel.com>
From: Don Skidmore <donald.c.skidmore@intel.com>
This patch adds support for a new media type fiber_fixed. This is useful
to avoid all the SFP+ hot plug support path on devices who's fix fiber need
not worry about such things. This patch is needed for a following patch
that adds support for "fiber_fixed" devices.
