The following series contains updates to e1000, igb and
netdev/ixgbe.  There are 2 fixes and the remaining patches are
either add support or cleanup.

Here is a list of the new support added:
 - igb adds support for byte queue limits and basic runtime PM
 - FCoE adds ndo_get_fcoe_hbainfo() call

v2- Dropped e1000e patches while Bruce works on the suggested changes and
    added 2 e1000 patches from Florian.

The following are changes since commit 117ff42fd43e92d24c6aa6f3e4f0f1e1edada140:

As reported by Steven Rostedt, e1000 has a lockdep splat added
during the recent merge window.  The issue is that
cancel_delayed_work is called while holding our private mutex.

There is no reason that I can see to hold the mutex during pci
shutdown, it was more just paranoia that I put the mutex_lock
around the call to e1000_down.

In a quick survey lots of drivers handle locking differently when
being called by the pci layer.  The assumption here is that we
don't need the mutexes' protection in this function because
the driver could not be unloaded while in the shutdown handler
which is only called at reboot or poweroff.

A global variable is currently used to hold the virtual address of the
CE4100 MDIO base register address. Store the address in the e1000_hw
structure and update macros accordingly.

Use the runtime power management framework to add basic runtime PM support
to the igb driver. Namely, make the driver suspend the device when the link
is off and set it up for generating a wakeup event after the link has been
detected again. This feature is disabled by default.

Based on e1000e's runtime PM code.

Changes since v1:
Don't suspend the device when shutting down the interface.
Avoid race between runtime suspending and ethtool operations.

According to 82576_Datasheet.pdf, PHY setting is lost after PHY power down.
So resetting PHY is needed when recovering from PHY power down to set a default
setting to PHY register.
Owing to this lack, NIC doesn't link up in some rare situation.

This adds a new ndo_get_fcoe_hbainfo() call in
net_device_ops for FCoE protocol stack.

If supported by the underlying device, the FCoE protocol
stack will call this to get device specific information
from the underlying device.
This information will then be utilized by the FCoE protocol
stack to register Fiber Channel HBA attributes with the
Fiber Channel Management Service via Fabric Device
Management Interface (FDMI) as per the T11 FC-GS
specification.

Changes in v2:
- As per comments from David Miller aligning the parameters
of the ndo_get_fcoe_hbainfo()

Intel(R) Ethernet Controller XL710 Family of devices.

Let me start by saying thanks and we appreciate any time spent by
those of you who review and comment on this new driver, and we will
attempt to address and respond to all issues brought to our attention.

Jesse tried to break the patches up to ease review, but the series should
apply and still be bisectable, as the last patch adds the driver to
the kernel compile with CONFIG_I40E.

This driver is for a brand new bit of silicon that has a different
design than other Intel Ethernet silicon, and therefore needed a new
driver.

The hardware has quite a bit of capability and this driver is only
meant to provide basic functionality at first.  Future patches will
continue to add functionality and bug fixes.

This initial release is very early in the product cycle with the intent
of getting initial support into the kernel before users have the
hardware available to purchase.  A software development manual is not
ready yet but will be available when the hardware ships.

This driver *does* use some code (as our previous drivers do) that is
meant to be shared to different OS drivers.  One of the following
patches has the majority of this code in it, and is clearly called out
in the commit message.

An associated i40evf driver will follow in the future.

        - total: 1 errors, 30 warnings, 31068 lines checked
        - NOTE: Ignored message types: LONG_LINE
        - 30 warnings/1 error are bogus and 1 is a bug in checkpatch
        - long lines that remain are #defines best on one line
codespell clean
smatch (almost) clean with a couple minor warnings
coccicheck clean
namespacecheck clean
allmodconfig clean
ppc64 build clean (unable to test yet)

V2: each patch has individual comments, in general, feedback from the
    list was applied and addressed. Many changes due to internal review
    and coding as well.
