Hi Brad,
Please help add meta-ampere repository into openbmc as a subtree.
The meta-ampere repository has been populated with basic bring up code.
Thanks,

Hello Thang
Apologies for the lack of responsiveness. This is definitely on my todo
list, along with the request from Fii.
thx - brad

Hi Brad,
With the change recently in owner plugin, what should I do with my
meta-ampere?
- Wait for meta-ampere integrated to openbmc/openbmc before pushing new
codes?
- Start from the beginning on openbmc/openbmc?

Brad said yesterday on Discord he was planning to push the existing
meta-ampere and meta-fii directly to the openbmc/openbmc tree[1] so it
would preserve their existing history. I suspect you'll just need to wait
for him to do that, hopefully on Monday. I don't think any of the
permissions exist on the subtrees (like meta-ampere) anymore, so even if
you push a commit there you won't be able to merge it.

Hi Thang, I pushed the commits in meta-ampere to openbmc/openbmc just
now. Going forward please submit meta-ampere patches to openbmc instead
of meta-ampere. You'll want to submit an OWNERS file in meta-ampere so
that you can approve metadata in meta-ampere.
This is long overdue, thanks for being patient. Like I said in the
meta-fii note, thanks to the work of Ed, and others, to deploy the
owners plugin this shouldn't be a problem for others in the future.
thx -brad

Thanks Brad for your great support.
I have just added the OWNER file into meta-ampere at
https://gerrit.openbmc-project.xyz/c/openbmc/openbmc/+/40157.

Hi Brad,
I just see 3 commits in the meta-ampere folder while we have 17 commits
in github.com/openbmc/meta-ampere. Are the remain still in sync?

Hi Brad,
Sorry for asking for your help again. Currently, I just have +1 or +2
permission when submitting codes to
github.com/openbmc/openbmc/meta-ampere. I don't have permission for
Ok-To-Test and Code-Review-from-owners. Can you help check?
Thanks - ThangQ

Is this the change?
https://gerrit.openbmc-project.xyz/c/openbmc/openbmc/+/40355
The submit button won't appear until the patch is verified.
You should add yourself to ampere/ci-authorized to fix Ok-To-Test.
Please let me know if these suggestions don't resolve the problem.

Oh - right, setting Ok-to-Test is done by the OpenBMC CI user, based on
the group membership, so you don't need to set it manually.

It works for me now. After rebasing the commit, the CI is triggered.
