Only use the preallocated page table during the resume, not while
suspending.  This avoids the overhead of having to switch unnecessarily
to the resume page table in the suspend path.

Only use the preallocated page table during the resume, not while
suspending.  This avoids the overhead of having to switch unnecessarily
to the resume page table in the suspend path.
