Thanks for the patch. This should probably be

IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_HAVE_EFFICIENT_UNALIGNED_ACCESS) ? ...

which matches the rest of the kernel tree, as certain CONFIG_... values 
are not guaranteed to always be defined.
