Hi,

after installing xen 4.7, the output of xl list is empty and
dom0 is not found. what could be the problem ?

Does the command succeed but shows nothing? Does xl hang?

Not sure what distribution you use. Please make sure xenstored and other
services are running.

As far as I can tell Xen booted fine.
