Yes, that's being done in bpf_jit.h (see the earlier patches in the 
series). All the PPC_*() instruction macros are defined to EMIT() the 
respective powerpc instruction encoding.  EMIT() translates to 
PLANT_INSTR(), which actually increments idx.
