Ensure that we correctly handle a CoW operation immediately followed
by a truncate, falloc, fpunch, fzero, fcollapse, and finsert operation
in the middle of the CoW'd region before any flush can occur.

Ensure that we correctly handle a CoW operation immediately followed
by a truncate, falloc, fpunch, fzero, fcollapse, and finsert operation
in the middle of the CoW'd region before any flush can occur.
