pxa3xx is now DT-only, and the remaining pxa2xx board files
only use a subset of the possible devices, so remove all
definitions that are not referenced any more.

pxa3xx is now DT-only, and the remaining pxa2xx board files
only use a subset of the possible devices, so remove all
definitions that are not referenced any more.
