By default the CPUs on RK3588 start up in a conservative performance
mode. Add frequency and voltage mappings to the device tree to enable
dynamic scaling via cpufreq

By default the CPUs on RK3588 start up in a conservative performance
mode. Add frequency and voltage mappings to the device tree to enable
dynamic scaling via cpufreq
