Just rebased. Should I use the 'igt_interruptible' now for eviction 
tests in place of

+       igt_subtest("evict-active-interruptible") {
+               struct timespec start = {};
+               while (igt_seconds_elapsed(&start) < 20)
+                       test_evict_active(fd);
+       }
