The function mobiveil_pcie_probe() is still static below, the
mobiveil_pcie_host_probe() is new introduced one, it is now only used in this
.c file, so I'll change it to a static function in v10.

The function mobiveil_pcie_probe() is still static below, the
mobiveil_pcie_host_probe() is new introduced one, it is now only used in this
.c file, so I'll change it to a static function in v10.
