This patch still isn't in your tree. Can you please pull from:
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/lenb/linux-acpi-2.6.git release

Ok, as these two patches don't solve anything, I'll just drop them from
the series. If the third one makes it into mainline, let us know and we
can add all 3 to the -stable tree.
