The "..." makes me sad.
If/when this patch gets sent for real, please explain the reasons?
AFAICT it permits the enabling of prctl(PR_SET_MM) in
CONFIG_CHECKPOINT_RESTORE=n kernels. If that was indeed the intent,
why?
