No strong opinion about where the spi_mem code should lie, so if Mark
agrees I can move it to a different file and possibly make it optional
with a Kconfig option.

No strong opinion about where the spi_mem code should lie, so if Mark
agrees I can move it to a different file and possibly make it optional
