This set is part of a larger effort attempting to clean-up W=1
kernel builds, which are currently overwhelmingly riddled with
niggly little warnings.

There is more to do in filesystems.  Another set will follow.

This wasn't quite the right change. This function documentation block
was for ecryptfs_mount(). It was probably ecryptfs_get_sb() in the past
and the docs weren't updated. I've adjusted the function doc header and
added descriptions for @fs_type and @flags.
