Uses component framework to manage each hardware information which
includes irq/power/clk. The hardware includes LAT0, LAT1 and CORE.

Uses component framework to manage each hardware information which
includes irq/power/clk. The hardware includes LAT0, LAT1 and CORE.

Uses component framework to manage each hardware information which
includes irq/power/clk. The hardware includes LAT0, LAT1 and CORE.
