I tested again with next-20210817. The problem is still there, and
reverting commit d62633873590 ("block: support delayed holder
registration") still fixes it. A complete boot log is attached
for reference.

I tested again with next-20210817. The problem is still there, and
reverting commit d62633873590 ("block: support delayed holder
registration") still fixes it. A complete boot log is attached
