To reduce the duplicated code, rework the peripheral's and
system's clock handle functions, use these functions to replace
the clock handle code.

Changes in v2:
 - fix checkpatch warning.

To reduce the duplicated code, add a new file to accommodate
the peripheral's and system's clock handle code, shared with
the SoCs with different ARM core.

Due to introducing the new peripheral clock handle functions,
use these functions to clean up the duplicated code.

Meanwhile, remove unneeded header file include, at91_pmc.h.

Ah, ok! Good catch, I see your v3 on the ML ... added them to my setup [1],
but I cannot try them yet, as my board (accurate ethernet) is broken ...
I must first reanimate it (no debugger connected to it yet ...)

> Thank you very much for your findings.

You are welcome. Currently all work is done automatically [2] ... I just
have to pass a list of patchworknumbers to my testsetup, and they get
automagically tested on the board ...

bye,
Heiko
