I haven't tested things with flush queues, but from what it looks like
both .flush_iotlb_all, and .iotlb_sync callbacks need rpm_get/put().
I will respin the patches.

I haven't tested things with flush queues, but from what it looks like
both .flush_iotlb_all, and .iotlb_sync callbacks need rpm_get/put().
I will respin the patches.
