When the interrupt is not single destination any more, we need
to change back IRTE to remapped mode explicitly.

Use vector-hashing to deliver lowest-priority interrupts, As an
example, modern Intel CPUs in server platform use this method to

Add host irq information in trace event, so we can better understand
which irq is in posted mode.
