This also needs an EXPORT_SYMBOL(__set_page_dirty) to allow ceph to 
continue to build as a module.

With that fixed, the ceph bits are a welcome cleanup!

This also needs an EXPORT_SYMBOL(__set_page_dirty) to allow ceph to 
continue to build as a module.

With that fixed, the ceph bits are a welcome cleanup!
