[RESEND, fat-fingered the buttons of my mail client and converted
all CCs to BCCs :(]

If it just moving the probe function to the _driver struct and
remove the __init annotations. I could look into that.

If it just moving the probe function to the _driver struct and
remove the __init annotations. I could look into that.
