Yes, Hugh's patch was folded into patch [PATCH v17 16/21] mm/swap: serialize memcg changes in pagevec_lru_move_fn
and your change is on patch 18. seems there are no interfere with each other.
Both of patches are fine.

Yes, Hugh's patch was folded into patch [PATCH v17 16/21] mm/swap: serialize memcg changes in pagevec_lru_move_fn
and your change is on patch 18. seems there are no interfere with each other.
