Remove the duplicated configs introduced when the same patch is
applied twice times:
- commit e878b53a79d1 ("dm: pinctrl: introduce PINCONF_RECURSIVE
option")
- commit c20851b3d850 ("dm: pinctrl: introduce PINCONF_RECURSIVE
