Any reason you forgot to cc: the maintainer of these files?
Please fix up and resend both of your patches, and remember to use
scripts/get_maintainer.pl for when you send patches to know who to send
them to, and to what list.
thanks,
greg k-h

What changed from the previous version(s) of this patch? Always
properly version your patch and describe what changed from the previous
version below the --- line as is documented.
Why the odd email threading?
And why are you not using the output of get_maintainer.pl to figure out
who to cc:?
thanks,
greg k-h
