Unimplemented BASERs? How about using something like:

	if (GITS_BASER_TYPE(val) == GITS_BASER_TYPE_NONE) {
		[...]
	}

to make it a bit more explicit?

But feel free to just ignore it because you're right that
the unimplemented BASERs are RES0.
