This patch set split shared RPM based interconnect operation code and add
support to MSM8939 interconnect.

Changes vs V1:
  - Rebase to latest icc code.
  - Remove unnecessary comment and info.
  - Fix some format issues.

Add RPM based interconnect driver implements the set and aggregate
functionalities that translates bandwidth requests into RPM messages.
These modules provide a common set of functionalities for all
Qualcomm RPM based interconnect providers and should help reduce code
duplication when adding new providers.

MSM8916 and QCS404 bindings are almost identical, so combine them into one.
This will make it easier to add interconnect bindings for more SoC with RPM.

Add driver for the Qualcomm interconnect buses found in MSM8939 based
platforms. The topology consists of four NoCs that are controlled by
a remote processor that collects the aggregated bandwidth for each
master-slave pairs.

Hello!
I agree, the RPM based ICC should be commonized... in any case, I think
that you should rebase your patch series over mine, where I am adding
support for SDM660 and also introducing a mechanism to set QoS, which
can actually be used by most platforms managing the ICC over RPM.

Thanks for your contribution! It looks like a great new feature. But
they are not
ready for other qnoc icc drivers yet. It should not be included in
this commonization
patch set until someone add and test the feature for all qnoc drivers.

Maybe they should. I don't have the hardware to try it, but the test will be
to just add the NoC DT nodes, enable the driver and inspect the boot log for
messages like:
