Convert Qualcomm SPMI PMIC binding to yaml format.

Additional changes:
 - filled many missing compatibles

It's preferred if you just have a minimal 'spmi' bus node rather than 
something complete and probably duplicated from the "qcom,spmi-pmic-arb" 
binding.
